The Crew - Each office removals crew consists of a Team Leader, Drivers and Porters. Team Leaders liaise with you, ensure everything is going to plan and direct the removal men. The Team Leader will be experienced in carrying out office relocations on a daily basis. Drivers secure the load using tie rails and webbing and protect the furniture using transit blankets.

The Vehicles - Casey's fleet consists of a range of vehicles to suit all job situations. All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards to ensure reliability and safety.

7.5 tonne vehicles - these vehicles are in the range 20-24 feet long and are ideal for office moves within the UK. Each vehicle has a tail lift or walk up ramp for easy loading.

Luton box vans & Transit vans- small vehicles ideal for use when there are height or width restrictions limiting access.

Dismantling and Reassembling.
Where access is tight our men can dismantle office furniture so it will fit through doorways. Any furniture dismantled will be reassembled at the new office location.

Building Protection.
Casey's will protect the common areas to ensure each office building is not damaged. We use corex in lifts and on marble floors and hardboard will be placed on cobbled or uneven surfaces so office furniture can be moved on trolleys and skates.

Parking.
Casey's will, where practical, liaise with the council and arrange dispensations at each site in advance of the move.

Setting up the office furniture.
All the furniture will be set up according to your floor plans and specifications.

Crates and packing materials.
During the initial site survey we will assess how many crates, computer crates and what packing materials are required. Casey's will arrange the delivery and collection of crates prior to the relocation on dates suitable to you.

Weekends and night shifts.
We understand that time is money and that it is imperative that downtime is minimised. Our hours of operation include outside office hours and weekend work.

Small moves.
Casey's understand that not all moves are as involved as complete office relocations. We therefore also offer hourly and daily rates for the hire of vehicles,drivers and porters. This may be preferable for smaller internal moves or partial moves.
